Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us. A return label will be emailed to you.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request. Depending on your preference and eligibility, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement item, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will only be processed if the item qualifies under our return guidelines.

  • If your order qualifies for a refund, a return label will be emailed to you.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if it meets our return guidelines.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Original Packaging

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

  2. Good Condition

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and free from any stains, odors, tears, or other signs of damage.

    • Products with visible wear and tear will not qualify for a refund.

  3. Unaltered Product

    • Items must not be modified, altered, washed, or customized in any way.

  4. Proof of Purchase

    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund.

  5. Final Sale Items

    • Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  6. Inspection Approval

    • All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds will only be approved if the item passes our quality check.
